Que signifie Be Going To ?

L’expression « be going to » est utilisée pour exprimer deux choses :

• Plans : des choses que vous avez déjà décidé de faire.
  Example: I am going to study English tonight.

• Prédictions : des choses que vous pensez vont arriver sur la base d’indices.
  Example: Look at those clouds! It’s going to rain.

Structure de Be Going To

Pour utiliser « be going to », suivez cette formule :

• I am going to visit my grandparents.

• She is going to cook dinner tonight.

• They are going to play soccer after school.

Utiliser Be Going To pour les plans

Quand vous avez déjà décidé de faire quelque chose, utilisez « be going to ».

• Negative :
  He isn’t going to attend the party.
  (He already decided not to go.)

• Question :

Utiliser Be Going To pour les prédictions

Quand vous voyez des indices ou êtes sûr de ce qui va se passer, utilisez « be going to ».
