Many e Much
Ambos significam “uma grande quantidade”, mas são usados com tipos diferentes de substantivos:
Much – com substantivos incontáveis (water, time, sugar, money).

Many – com substantivos contáveis no plural (books, friends, ideas).

A lot (of) / Lots (of)
Quando não tiver certeza, use a lot of. Funciona com substantivos contáveis e incontáveis e é muito comum no inglês do dia a dia.

We spent a lot of money on our holiday. (uncountable)
They have a lot of games at home. (countable)
Lots of people came to the concert. (informal version of a lot of)
A few e A little
Significam “algum(a), mas não muitos/muito”.
A few – com substantivos contáveis no plural.

A little – com substantivos incontáveis.

I need a little help with this project.

There’s a little sugar in my coffee.
Tanto a few quanto a little sugerem uma pequena quantidade, mas geralmente suficiente na situação.
