Fait intéressant : Le Second Conditional parle de situations impossibles ou peu probables, tandis que le First Conditional parle de situations possibles !

Astuce : La proposition avec if décrit la condition (Past Simple), et la proposition principale montre le résultat (Would + Base Verb).
Variations du Second Conditional
1. Utilisation de "could" ou "might" au lieu de "would"

Astuce : En anglais formel, on utilise "were" au lieu de "was" avec I, he, she, it dans les phrases du Second Conditional.

Astuce : Utilisez le Second Conditional lorsque quelque chose est improbable ou imaginaire, et le First Conditional lorsqu’il s’agit d’une situation réaliste.

Règle : NE JAMAIS utiliser "would" après "if" ! La proposition avec if est toujours au Past Simple.
