Quando usare il Present Continuous

  1. Per azioni che stanno accadendo proprio ora (in questo momento).

Example: I am studying English right now.

  1. Per azioni o situazioni temporanee (cose che stanno accadendo in questo periodo, ma non sempre).

Example: He is living in London for a few months.

  1. Per programmi futuri (con un orario o un accordo specifico).

Come formare il Present Simple e il Present Continuous

Struttura del Present Simple:
Soggetto + verbo base (aggiungere -s/-es per he/she/it).

Example: She works at a hospital.

Struttura del Present Continuous:
Soggetto + am/is/are + verbo + -ing.
