Como formar frases negativas
A estrutura de uma frase negativa depende do tempo verbal. A forma mais comum de tornar uma frase negativa é usar not com um verbo auxiliar.

Frases negativas com diferentes tipos de verbos
1. Frases negativas com o verbo “be” (am, is, are, was, were)

He is not at home. (NOT He doesn’t be at home.)

They were not late. (NOT They didn’t be late.)
2. Frases negativas com verbos de ação (do, does, did)
-
She does not (doesn’t) like ice cream.
-
We did not (didn’t) go to the party.
3. Frases negativas com verbos modais (can, could, must, should, etc.)

You cannot (can’t) park here.

He should not (shouldn’t) be rude.
4. Frases negativas com “have”

She does not have a car. (Present Simple)

Frases negativas com pronomes indefinidos
Em frases negativas, use palavras com no- em vez de any-:
