Cómo Formar Oraciones Negativas

La estructura de una oración negativa depende del tiempo verbal. La forma más común de hacer una oración negativa es usando not con un verbo auxiliar.

Oraciones Negativas con Diferentes Tipos de Verbos

1. Oraciones Negativas con "Be" (am, is, are, was, were)

He is not at home. (NOT He doesn’t be at home. ❌)

They were not late. (NOT They didn’t be late. ❌)

2. Oraciones Negativas con Verbos de Acción (do, does, did)

She does not (doesn’t) like ice cream.

We did not (didn’t) go to the party.

3. Oraciones Negativas con Verbos Modales (can, could, must, should, etc.)

You cannot (can’t) park here.

He should not (shouldn’t) be rude.

4. Oraciones Negativas con "Have"

She does not have a car. (Presente Simple)

Oraciones Negativas con Pronombres Indefinidos

En oraciones negativas, se usan palabras con no- en lugar de palabras con any-:

Errores Comunes en Oraciones Negativas
