Contenuti
Esercizi
Frasi affermative
Per i verbi regolari, aggiungi -ed al verbo.
Per i verbi irregolari, usa la seconda forma (V2) dalla lista dei verbi irregolari.
Esempi:
She worked abroad.
My uncle lived here.
Harry wrote many books. (irregular)
Il verbo to be ha forme speciali al passato:
I/He/She/It – was
We/You/They – were
Esempi:
She was angry yesterday.
We were young and happy.
Frasi negative
Usa did not (didn’t) + verbo base.
Did è la forma passata di do e si usa con tutte le persone.
Esempi:
She didn’t work abroad.
Harry didn’t write many letters.
His uncle didn’t live here.
Con to be, aggiungi semplicemente not dopo was/were:

Domande
Forma le domande con Did + soggetto + verbo base.
Esempi:
Did she work abroad?
Did Harry write many letters?
Did your uncle live here?
Per le domande speciali, aggiungi una parola interrogativa (QW) all’inizio:
Where did she work?
What did Harry write?
When did he live here?
Con to be, inverti was/were con il soggetto:
Was Harry a good writer?
Were your parents at home last night?
