PushtoLearn operaties online platforms on behalf of our Partners (language schools). When you sign up for a PushtoLearn powered platform, the Partner who has contracted with PushtoLearn to host the platform is explicitly clear. PushtoLearn will share your data with our Partner who has contracted with us to power the platform.

There may be other circumstances when PushtoLearn will share your data. PushtoLearn may share your data with regulatory and other governmental entities as required by applicable law, subpoena, or court order. PushtoLearn does not share your data with any third parties for marketing or data mining purposes.

Data Retention

How long we retain your data depends on the type of data and the purpose for which we process the data. We will retain your Personal Information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

PushtoLearn integrates with several third-party applications, such as Zoom. For these third-party applications, PushtoLearn may retain certain data and access tokens to these applications until you unlink your third-party account from PushtoLearn.
